Jack Weaver was born in Seattle, but at the age of two moved to Sonoma where he has since remained rooted. He now lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and two daughters where he is actively engaged in the community. He currently volunteers as a mentor at Roseland University Prep High School and has a membership with the Active 20–30 Club of Santa Rosa. Needless to say, Jack is as versatile as a 2008 Zin.
As a partner who specializes in litigation. Jack is also well versed in estate-planning, real property and business and corporate formation, maintaining a broad-based practice focused on delivering efficient and practical solutions. This, he says, means finding that important balance of energetic defense of and blending with his clients’ needs and desires.
Jack worked as a law clerk for the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable John Munter of the San Francisco Superior Court, Complex Civil Litigation Department and the Honorable Virginia Marcoida of the Sonoma County Superior Court. Jack received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Jack is a North Bay Business Journal 40 Under Forty award winner and nominated to be a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
The Healdsburg wine culture has helped Jack develop a great appreciation for a quality Pinot Noir, but you’re more likely to find him enjoying a cold Lagunitas IPA. He asks that you don’t make fun of his love of Top Gun. He was young and wanted to be a jet pilot.
